What happens when you come in, from the first conversation to the days after.

We start by listening. I look at your skin, ask about your goals and your schedule, and tell you honestly what is needed and what is not.
(2).Plan
If a treatment makes sense, I explain the options and the expected downtime, and the coordinator goes over the cost, before anything is decided.
(3).Treatment
The doctor performs the treatment, at a pace that keeps you comfortable.
(4).Aftercare
Before you leave, we go over how to care for your skin in the days that follow.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU COME
Who will I meet at the first visit?
A coordinator and the doctor, together. The coordinator goes over scheduling and costs; the doctor examines your skin and decides the medical plan.
Will I be treated on the same day?
The first visit is for assessment and a plan. We do not push treatment on the day; what to do, and when, is decided together after the consultation.
Will I know the cost before deciding?
Yes. If a treatment makes sense, the options and expected downtime are explained by the doctor and the cost by the coordinator, before anything is decided.
Who performs the treatment?
The doctor performs every treatment himself.
What should I tell you before the visit?
Any medicines, allergies or recent treatments, and any upcoming travel or events, so the plan can work around them. If you can, come without makeup.
Can I get a consultation by message or online?
No. Instagram DM is for general inquiries only; medical questions are answered in person, at a consultation.
